Rental Terms and Conditions
• The vehicle must be driven exclusively by the renter, who must hold a valid driving license. For non-EU citizens, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is mandatory and must be presented along with the national driving license.
• Rental is not available to individuals without prior experience riding two-wheeled scooters.
• The vehicle must be collected between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the agreed rental day. Failure to collect the vehicle by 12:00 PM without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
• The vehicle must be returned by 9:00 AM on the scheduled return day, with the same fuel or electric charge level as at pickup.
• Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all times.
• The rental does not include: fuel, traffic fines or violations, anti-theft protection, and replacement scooter in the event of accidents or mechanical failure.
